Each reward point earned by member shall be shown in the membership account under the heading of My Account-Redeem Point Balance.
All confirmed reward points shall have validity period of at least one year, but not more than 2 membership years. After the validity period, all the unused reward points will be forfeited and cancelled. The Redeem Point Balance will be updated annually on the 1st of Jan. For example, if member get reward points in 2015, then the expiry date of such reward points shall be 31st Dec 2016.
Member cannot transfer the rewards points to other member or carry forward to another year.
The membership account will be cancelled and all the associated reward points will be forfeited if
a. the member is found to use false or incorrect information during the membership registration, or if the accumulative points earned during a membership year ( except for the 1st membership years) is less than 100, or
b. the member has breached or suspected to breach the Terms of Service of Redeem Point Club or Glad Heart Enterprises Ltd, which will be subject to change at anytime without prior notice.
