The official name of reward point offered by Redeem Point Club is called Redeem Point.
Redeem Points are the Redeem Point Club's currency.
There are two types of Redeem Points:
The first type is P Point which is the Redeem Point earned by member whenever the member purchases our products on our web site www.rpoint.com.hk or at our Outlet Store.
The second type is E Point which is the reward points earned by member whenever member visits our web site and completes simple tasks which most members do everyday online.
How does member get P Point?
They are five simple ways for member to earn P Points.
a. The first way is to earn P Points through on-line shopping on our web site www.rpoint.com.hk.
For each product profile, a fixed number of P Points will be offered by Redeem Point Club whenever the member has purchased the product online on our web site www.rpoint.com.hk In general, there is at least one P Point to be rewarded for each dollar spent by the member. In most cases of Promotion or Today’s Special program, up to six times of reward points shall be offered for each dollar spent by member on purchase on our web site www.rpoint.com.hk.
b. The second way is to earn P Points through purchase of selected products in Outlet Store.
Our products are distributed in Hong Kong, Mainland China and other countries through various sales channels such as our authorized shops, Partner Shops or supermarkets ( collectively called Outlet Stores). Redeem Point Club has also offered reward points if our member has purchased selected products in our Outlet Stores.
There will be an over-sticker, called Outlet Store Redeem Point Label sticked on each product. After purchase, our member can go to the section of Outlet Store Purchase Redeem Point Claim of our web site www.rpoint.com.hk and proceed with claiming the reward points using the label code on Outlet Store Reward Point Label. Upon receipt of the claim, Redeem Point Club will verify with relevant Outlet Stores. Member will normally get the reward points within 60 days from the date of claim if the label code is entered correctly via member's account.
c. The third way for member to earn P Points is to join our Refer A Friend program.
Under this program, our member will also get P Points whenever the referred friends make purchase of our products on our web site www.rpoint.com.hkwithin two membership years from date of successful referral. Sometimes, our partners offer special bonus point program such that the referee member will also get reward points (P Points) if the referred member make purchase not only through purchase on our web site www.rpoint.com.hk, but also through Outlet Store and partner's web site or if member gains P Points through Point Interchange program with our partners.
d. The fourth way to earn P Points is to make purchase through partner's web site.
For some selected products advertised in our web site www.rpoint.com.hk , our partner will sometimes offer promotional bonus P Points in the Partner Shop. If our member has visited partner's web site through our platform browser and subsequently make the order on partner's web site within an hour, member can claim the reward points manually on our platform (Redeem Point Claim) using the transactions details.
e. The fifth way to get P Points is to transfer member's points of other club through the Point Interchange program. Dependent on the terms of the partner, member can sometimes interchange his/her points of other clubs into the P Points of Redeem Point Club.
How does member get E Point?
The member gets E Point by completing simple tasks online or join our special program as follows.
a. View Product (available for each product).
E Points will be offered after member has viewed the product profile.
b. Register for Better Offer (available for each product).
Member can earn E Points by expressing his expectation on target buying terms.
c. Web Visit (usually available 2 to 3 times weekly).
Member can earn E Points after viewing the news or product information which Redeem Point Club will frequently post up periodically.
d. Quick Questionnaires - (usually available once every week).
Member will earn E Points after completing each survey which Redeem Point club normally post up periodically .
e. Read Email Offer (usually 2 to 3 times every week).
Redeem Point Club often send email offer and post up all email advertisements for member to evaluate the must updated promotional offers. E Points will be provided to member after reading email offer.
f. Refer A Friend/Relative (available for each successful referral).
Under this 'Refer A Friend' program, the referee member will enjoy one-off 2000 E Points if the refereed member has made purchase and subsequently earned 9000 P Points within two membership years from date of referral.
g. China Member Linkage (available for each linkage)
Under China Friend/Relative Linkage program, Redeem Point Club will provide bonus point to encourage the members to help their friends who reside in Mainland China collect the goods on their behalf. The China member can grant the points allocated by Redeem Point Club to the authorised member who has collected the goods in our Hong Kong Store.
h. Outlet Store Redeem Point Claim ( available for selected products)
For some selected products sticked with a coded Outlet Store Redeem Point Claim Label, our partner will sometimes offer promotional bonus E Points to our members. Member can claim the reward points on our platform using the code printed on the Outlet Store Redeem Point Claim Label and the transaction details.
i. Partner Web Redeem Point Claim ( available for selected products)
For some selected products advertised to our web site www.rpoint.com.hk , our partner will sometimes offer promotional bonus E Points if our member has visited partner's web site through our platform browser and subsequently made the order on partner/s web site within an hour . Member can claim the reward points manually on our platform using the invoice details.
j. Point Interchange program ( available for selected partner)
Dependent on the offer from our partner clubs, member can sometimes interchange his/her points of partner clubs into the E Points of Redeem Point Club.
k. Buy E Points (For redemption of gift and voucher)
Member can purchase E points if member wants to make up additional E Points to redeem the desired gift or voucher.
What are the uses of P Point and E Point?
Member can make use of the P Points to redeem gifts and vouchers as well as to make donation to a non-government organisation or charity organisaton. Redeem Point Club will base on the amount of donated P Points and exchange these donated P Points with cash payment to the relevant organization.
For the E Points, the member can make use of the E Points only to redeem gifts and cash coupons.
For those members who hold valid Mainland China identify card, they can also cash out their P Points earned through their own purchase.
What is the monetary value of P Points and E Points?
For P Points and E Points with expiry date before 31/12/2015, each 100 P Points or E Points shall be equivalent to one Redeem Dollar which worth HK$1 for redemption of gift and cash coupons. However, in respect of the donation, the Redeem Point Club will make individual arrangement on the monetary value of P Points with each organization for the settlement of cash payment in exchange for the P Point donation.
The monetary value for P Point and E Point will be reviewed annually at the discretion of Redeem point Club.

Can I transfer my points to someone else’s account ?
No, this is not allowed under any circumstances.
Expiry dates and cancellation of reward points
Each reward point earned by member shall be shown in the membership account under the heading of My Account-Redeem Point Balance.
All confirmed reward points shall have validity period of at least one year, but not more than 2 membership years. After the validity period, all the unused reward points will be forfeited and cancelled. The Redeem Point Balance will be updated annually on the 1st of Jan.For example, if memeber get reward points in 2015, then the expiry date of such reward points shall be 31st Dec 2016.
Member cannot transfer the rewards points to other member or carry forward to another year.
The membership account will be cancelled and all the associated reward points will be forfeited if
a. the member is found to use false or incorrect information during the membership registration, or if the accumulative points earned during a membership year ( except for the 1st membership years) is less than 100, or
b. the member has breached or suspected to breach the Terms of Service of Redeem Point Club or Glad Heart Enterprises Ltd, which will be subject to change at anytime without piror notice.
What is Pending P & E Point?
Redeem Point Club has launched two loyalty programs for all members who want his friends or relatives to enjoy the unique services and benefits of Redeem Point Club.
Pending P & E Points are generated from two programs , called Refer A Friend and China Member Linkage.
A. Refer A Friend
Under this Refer A Friend program, the referee member will also get 2000 E Points as successful referral reward points if the refereed member made purchase either on our web site www.rpoint.com.hk or at our Outlet Store, and subsequently earned purchase of 9000 P Points .
In additional to the successful reward points of 2000 E Points, referee member will also get Pending P Points whenever any of the referred member has made purchase our products successfully online on our web site www.rpoint.com.hk or at our Outlet Stores within two membership years from date of referral. . The amount of Pending P Points is shown on the referee's account of Reward Point Balance.
The total amount of Pending P Points,say K,to be earned by the referee member for each referral will be concluded as confirmed P Point (called Referral Point) on the last day of each membership year i.e. 31st Dec and be based on two other factors:
a. The total amount of Purchase P Points earned, say A, by the referee member through the referee member’s own purchase online and at Outlet Store and,
b. The total amount of Purchase P Points, say B, earned by individual referred member through the referred member’s own purchase online and at Outlet Store.
If A is greater than or equal to B, then referee member will get K=B Pending P Points from that referral. Confirmed B P Points ,with validity of one year, will be added to referee member’s Reward Point Balance on the 1st of Jan for the following year of membership.
If A is smaller than B, then referee member will get K=m times A where m is the referral reward factor. Confirmed K P Points,with validity of one year,will be added to referee member’s account statement on the 1st of Jan of the following year of membership. For the membership year ending on 31st Dec 2015, m is equal to 0.5 and will be subject to review annually.
B. China Member Linkage
Redeem Point Club will provide bonus points (Pending E Points) to the Hong Kong or Shenzhen members who has collected in Hong Kong the goods purchased by their friends of Mainland China.
When those members (Order Member), who are residents of Mainland China, have authorized their friends or relatives of Hong Kong or Shenzhen to collect on their behalf the goods. Redeem Point Club has allocated for each order certain amount of reward points (Pending E Points–China Linkage) which distribution is under the control of Order Member. Order Member can grant freely to the authorised member after the authorised member has helped the order member collect the goods. After the expiry of X days from the collection date of goods, the Pending E Point-China Linkage will become void if the Order Member does not grant the allocated reward point to the authorised member. After the granting, the Pending E Point will be shown in authorised members account. For the membership year ending on 31st Dec 2015, X is equal to 30 which will be subject to review annually at the discretion of Redeem Point Club.
The amount of Pending E Points–China Linkage for each order for free distribution by the Order Member to the authorized member is determined as follows:
Pending E Points–China Linkage=N times K where K is equal to the total accumulated P Points earned by Order Member and N is a linkage reward factor.
For the membership year ending on 31st Dec 2015, N is equal to 1.0 and will be subject to review annually. That means the amount of Pending E Points ( Linkage Points) shall be same as the amount of P Points that the Order Member acquired through the purchase of goods.
