Redeem Point Club is committed to work with the manufacturers, its agent or authorised dealers to provide free Product Authentication Label Checking Service aiming at protecting the customers and members from buying fake or counterfeit products in the markets.
Redeem Point Club will put a Product Authentication Label printed with unique code for on each product of some selected prestige brands. Based on this unique code, our members can search online within 15 days from the date of purchase about the authentication details for that product. After the member input the corresponding details such as code, invoice number, voucher number and date of purchase, our platform will automatically send the products details to the email account of the member. Such details will in general cover the brand, product name, manufacture date, batch number, expiry date, 1st checking member username the last checking member username, the checking date last checking date and the total number of checks. The maximum of checks for each product is limited to five times for the membership year of 2015 and 2016.
Such information will help our member evaluate and authenticate the purchased products. If mismatch information is found, the customer and member can make appropriate action to clarify with the shop where the product is purchased.
