How do I make a donation?
Donating your P Points is very simple.
1. Sign in to Redeem Point Club and click on to the Donation page;
2. Choose which charity or NGO you would like to donate to;
3. Enter the amount you would like to donate. 1,200 points or more.
4. Press Donate.
5. Check your donation details shown in My Donation History
Can I donate my points to a charity not listed?
At this time you cannot donate to a charity that is not listed.
Can I get a receipt for taxation purposes?
Unfortunately you can't.
What is NGO Donation?
NGO stand for Non-government Organization.
Member can select the desired NGO and donate their P Points to NGO. The chosen NGO will receive HK$10 for every donated 1000 P Points from the member.
We have provided an individual record for every P Point donation, with details such as date of transfer, Transfer reference number, username , donated amount of P Points. Members can login their membership account to check all the donations made by them.
What is Charity Donation?
Other than the NGO, member can also donate their P Points to charity organization. The chosen charity organization will receive HK$10 for every donated 1000 P Points from the member.
We have provided an individual record for every P Point donation, with details such as date of transfer, Transfer reference number, user name , donated amount of P Points. Members can login their membership account to check all the donations made by them.
