What are reward points offered by Redeem Point Club?
The official name of reward point offered by Redeem Point Club is called Redeem Point.
There are two types of Reward Points:
The first type is P Point which is the reward point earned by member whenever the member purchases our products on our web site www.rpoint.com.hk. Sometimes, member can slao earned reward points through purchase od selected products of our partners in Outlet Store or on our Reward Partner’s web site which is linked to our platform. For those members who hold valid Mainland China Identify Card, they can also cash out their P Points earned through purchase.
The second type is E Point which is the reward points earned by member whenever the member visits our web site and completes simple tasks which most members do everyday online.
How does member get P Point?
They are five simple ways for member to earn P Points.
a. The first way is to earn P Points through on-line purchase on our web site ww.rpoint.com.hk.
For each product profile, a fixed number of P Points will be offered by Redeem Point Club whenever the member has purchased the product online on our web site www.rpoint.com.hkIn general there is one P Point to be rewarded for each dollar spent by the member.
In case of Promotion or Today’s Special, a chance of up to six P Points to be earned for each dollar spent by member.
b. The second way for member to earn P Points is to join our Refer A Friend program. Under this program, our member will also get P Points whenever the referred friends make purchase of our products on our web site www.rpoint.com.hk within two membership years from date of successful referral. Sometimes, our partners will also offer bonus point program such as the referee member will also get reward points if the referred member make purchase od their products in Outlet Store, on partner's web site or through Point Interchange program.
c. The third way is to earn P Points through purchase of our partner's products in Outlet Store. For some selected products sticked with a coded Outlet Store Redeem Point Claim Label, our partner will sometimes offer promotional bonus P Points to our members. Member can claim the reward points on our platform using the code printed on the Outlet Store Redeem Point Claim Label and the invoice details.
d. The fourth way is to earn P Points through purchase of our partner's products on partner's web site. For some selected products advertised to our web site www.rpoint.com.hk , our partner will sometimes offer promotional bonus P Points if our member has visited partner's web site through our platform and subsequently made the order on partner/s web site within an hour . Member can claim the reward points manually on our platform using the invoice details.
e. The fifth way to get P Points is to transfer the points of other club through the Point Interchange program. Dependent on the terms of the partner, member can sometimes interchange his/her points of other clubs into the P Points of Redeem Point Club.
How does member get E Point?
The member gets E Point by completing simple tasks online or join our special program.
Examples of these simple tasks are :
a. View our product profile (available for each product).
E Points will be offered after member has viewed the product profile.
b. Register for Better Offer (available for each product).
Member can earn E Points by expressing his expectation on the buying terms.
c. Web visit (usually available 2 to 3 times weekly).
Redeem Point Club will post up news or new product information frequently. member can earn E Points after each viewing.
d. Quick Questionnaires - Q & A (usually available once every week).
Redeem Point club will post up many short surveys. member will earn E Points after completing each survey.
e. Read Email Offer (usually 2 to 3 times every week).
Redeem Point Club will send email and post up all email offers for member to evaluste the updated promotional offers. E Points will be provided to member after reading email offer.
f. Refer A Friend/Relative (available for each successful referral).
Under this 'Refer A Friend' program, the referee member will enjoy reward points if the refereed member made purchase and subsequently earned certain level of P Points within two membership years from date of referral.
g. China Member Linkage (available for each linkage)
Under China Friend/Relative Linkage program, Redeem Point Club will provide bonus point to encourage the members to help their friends who reside in Mainland China collect the goods on their behalf. The China member can grant the points allocated by Redeem Point Club to those member who has helped the member to collect the goods.
h. Outlet Store Redeem Point Claim ( available for selected products)
For some selected products sticked with a coded Outlet Store Redeem Point Claim Label, our partner will sometimes offer promotional bonus E Points to our members. Member can claim the reward points on our platform using the code printed on the Outlet Store Redeem Point Claim Label and the invoice details.
i. Partner Web
Redeem Point Claim ( available for selected products)
For some selected products advertised to our web site www.rpoint.com.hk , our partner will sometimes offer promotional bonus E Points if our member has visited partner's web site through our platform and subsequently made the order on partner/s web site within an hour . Member can claim the reward points manually on our platform using the invoice details.
j. Point Interchange program ( available for selected partner)
Dependent on the terms of the partner, member can sometimes interchange his/her points of other clubs into the E Points of Redeem Point Club.
What are the uses of P Point and E Point?
Member can make use of the P Points to redeem gifts and vouchers as well as to make donation to a non-government organisation or charity organisaton. Redeem Point Club will base on the amount of donated P Points and exchange these donated P Points with cash payment to the relevant organization.
For the E Points, the member can make use of the E Points only to redeem gifts and cash coupons.
What is the monetary value of P Points and E Points?
There will be expiry date for all Redeem Points. Each Redeem Point shall have validity of at least one year, but not more than two years
For P Points and E Points with expiry date before 31/12/2015. Each 100 P Points or E Points shall be equivalent to one Redeem Dollar which worth HK$1 for redemption of gift and cash coupons. However, in respect of the donation, the Redeem Point Club will make individual arrangement on the monetary value of P Points with each organization for the settlement of cash payment in exchange for the P Point donation.
The monetary value for P Point and E Point will be reviewed annually at the discretion of Redeem point Club.
Expiry dates and cancellation of reward points
Each reward point earned by member shall be shown in the membership account section(My Account-Redeem Point Balance).
All confirmed reward points shall have validity period of at least one year, but not more than 2 membership years. After the validity period, all the unused reward points will be forfeited and cancelled. The Redeem Point Balance will be updated annually on the 1st of Jan.
Member cannot transfer the rewards points to other member or carry forward to another year.
The membership account will be cancelled and all the associated reward points will be forfeited if
a. the member is found to use false or incorrect information during the membership registration, or if the accumulative points earned during a membership year ( except for the 1st membership years) is less than 100, or
b. the member has breached or suspected to breach the terms and conditions of Redeem Point Club.
What is Pending P & E Point?
Pending P & E Points are generated from two programs. Redeem Point Club has launched two loyalty programs for all members who want his friends or relatives to enjoy the unique services and benefits of Redeem Point Club.
These two programs are called 'Refer A Friend' and China Member Linkage.
a. Under Refer A Friend program, member will get immediate reward of 2000 E Points for each of his/her referral who has successfully joined the Redeem Point Club and obtained a minimum of 9,000 P Points through purchase of goods online within two membership years from date of referral.
The referee member will also enjoy reward points if the refereed member made purchase and subsequently earned P Point within two membership years from date of referral.
Referee member will get Pending P Point whenever any of the referred member has made purchase successfully online on our web site www.rpoint.com.hk. The amount of Pending P Point is shown on the referee member’s account of Reward Point Balance.
The total amount of P Points to be earned by the referee member depends on two factors upon the last date of each membership year, i.e. 31st Dec
a. The total amount of P Points earned , say A points, by the referee member through the referee member’s own purchase online on our web site www.rpoint.com.hk or at other recognised channels and,
b. The total amount of P Points, say B points, earned by the referred member through the referred member’s own purchase online on our web site www.rpoint.com.hk or at other recognised channels.
If the value of A is greater than or equal to B, then referee member will get K confirmed P Points where K is equal to B. Confirmed K P Points will be added to referee member’s account of Reward Point Balance on the 1st of Jan of the following year of membership. The K confirmed P Points shall have validity of one year.
If the value of A is smaller than B, then referee member will get M confirmed P Points where M is equal to m times A . Confirmed M Pending Points will be added to referee member’s account of Reward Point Balance on the 1st of Jan in the following year of membership.The M confirmed P Points shall have validity of one year.
For the membership year ending on 31st Dec 2015, m is equal to 0.5 . the value of m will be subject to review annually.
b. Under China Member Linkage program, Redeem Point Club will provide bonus points to encourage the Hong Kong and Shenzhen members to help their friend or relatives residing in Mainland China to enjoy our unique services and benefits.
For each order placed by the Mainland China member (Order Member) , Redeem Point Club has allocated certain amount of Pending E Points–China Linkage which distribution is under the control of Order Member. The Order Member can grant this allocated points freely to the authorised member (Order Member's Friend ) after the authorised member has helped the Order Member collect the goods. After the expiry of X days from the collection date of goods, the Pending E Point-China Linkage will become void if the Order Member does not grant the allocated points to the authorised member. On or before 31st Dec 2015, X is equal to 30 which will be subject to review annually.
The amount of Pending P Points–China Linkage is determined by the following formula:
Pending E Points–China Linkage= n times C where,
C is equal to the P Points earned by the Order Member for that order.
For the membership year ending on 31st Dec 2015, n is equal to 1 and will be subject to review annually. That means the authorized can get E Points which amount is same as the value of P Points which the Order Member will get through this purchase.
