Customer is required to provide the delivery address in Mainland China, the Chinese name and the mobile telephone number of receiver when placing order and making payment.
Our Australia supplier will base on these details to fill in the Delivery Order Form of Chinese forwarder company on behalf of the customer and hand over the parcel of goods to the forwarder.
After customer has received the reference number of Delivery Order Form, customer has to ask the receiver to upload the receiver’s personal details to the official web site of the forwarder immediately. The forwarder will only despatch the goods from Australia to Mainland China only after verification of receiver details.
Based on the current practice, the forwarder will be responsible for the necessary tax and import arrangement.
However, the current practice may be subject to change without any prior notice.
Customer has to be aware of the following issue when placing order for Australia Direct Mail:
-each parcael shall not be over A$ 200 (excluding delivery charge)
-the number of pieces of goods in a parcel cannot be over 8. However, if the goods are food supplement and shampoo products, the number of pieces of goods in a parcel cannot be over 6 subject to the number of shampoo products is not over 3.
-The number of baby formula milk powder cans cannot be over 3. Order for 6 cans will be delivered in two parcels.
-The number of pieces of cosmetic products in a parcel cannot be over 3 .
-customer can place multiple orders at the same time.
-The forward will deliver the parcels in different time slots if the number of parcels involved in a order is too many. The customer is advised to arrange several receivers in order to get the goods without unnecessary delay.
-The customer is advised to contact the Chinese forwarder company if the ordered items have not been delivered to the designated receiver one month after the date of order. In case of Chinese public holidays, it may take longer delivery time.
If there is any problem related to the delivered product, the customer should take relevant photo on the concerned product and send it to us together with the forwarder receipt of Delivery Order Form. Our Australia supplier will liaise with the Chinese forwarder company for the necessary claim. Chinese forwarder company will in general take 5-7 working days for processing the claim and making initial finding.
