The voucher must be redeemed within 21 days from date of payment.

Order cannot be cancelled once it is confirmed.

Kindly call the pick-up shop before redeeming the product.

The voucher is valid for one time redemption for specified quantity.

5.
|
Upon redemption, you are requested to or present:

a. Identity Card
|
|
|
b. Copy of this voucher(A4 size) and sign on it to confirmed receipt of goods
|

The signed voucher copy will be collected by the pick-up store.

Voucher is non-refundable and non-redeemable for other product.

If product is out of stock when order is confirmed, payment made will be refunded within 7 working days.

The
product supplier reserves the right to suspend, vary or amend terms and
conditions of this offer from time to time. In case of disputes, the
decision of Glad Heart Enterprises Ltd is final.
