Royal Jelly is a milky-white gelatinous substance produced by the young nurse bees as larva food. It is a complex nutrient comprised of proteins, carbohydrates, lipids, vitamins; many trace minerals, some enzymes, antibacterial and antibiotic components and trace amounts of vitamin C. It contains 18 amino acids and the whole range of vitamin B group –panthothentic (B5) in particular.
