Member can earn points not only on our web site www.rpoint.com.hk, but also through purchase at partner’s web site or Outlet Stores

A. For Purchase at partner’s web site

Many popular products or services of our partner are advertised with green colour frame in the section of Partner Shop of on our web site www.rpoint.com.hk.

Our platform will automatically crate a visit record in the Redeem Point Claim page. Member can make retrospective claim for E Points if member has made purchase of partner products within one hour from clicking the partner’s web site linkage with our platform browser.

Upon receipt of the claim, Redeem Point Club will verify with relevant partner. Member will normally get the reward points within 60 days from the date of claim if the transaction details of partner product are correctly provided.

B. Outlet Store Redeem Point Claim Label

Our products are distributed in Hong Kong, Mainland China and other countries through various sales channels such as our authorized shops, Partner Shops or supermarkets (collectively called Outlet Stores). Redeem Point Club has also offered reward points if our member has purchased our products in our outlet stores.

There will be an over-sticker, called Outlet Store Redeem Point Claim Label, sticked on each product. Our member can go to the section of Outlet Store Purchase Redeem Point Claim and proceed with claiming the reward points using the label code.

Upon receipt of the claim, Redeem Point Club will verify with relevant Outlet Stores. Member will normally get the reward points within 60 days from the date of claim if the label code and transaction details are provided correctly.
